PWC Builds is a fourth-generation family-owned construction company proudly rooted in Northeast Florida. Our Story
What started as a family legacy in construction has grown into a trusted name in custom home building and commercial development across Flagler County and beyond. Led by Shan Brooks and supported by a passionate and experienced team, including multiple project managers, account executives, and office staff, PWC Builds is known for clear communication, unmatched attention to detail, and a client-first approach. Our ultimate goal is to “Be the Best” in the industry.

You’ll find us on-site every day, walking jobs, talking with subcontractors, and checking every element of the build. We’re a boots-on-the-ground kind of team, not just contractors, but partners who care deeply about the people we build for.

Our Sister Company
We’re often asked about the relationship between PWC Builds and Palatka Welding and Contracting. While both companies are run by our family, PWC Builds focuses on construction, residential and commercial, while Palatka Welding specializes in steel fabrication, erection, and manufacturing. This distinction helps us maintain clarity in branding and ensures each client receives focused expertise.
